This solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the rehabilitation of the 400kV Overhead Transmission Lines (OHLs) between Haditha and Baiji & between Haditha and Al Qaim as defined in Section C (SoW). NOTES FOR SUBMITTED PROPOSALS: 1. All proposals shall have a total price in Block 17. 2. Offerors must sign in block 20B and date in block 20C. 3. Additional submission guidelines are contained in Section L of this solicitation and must be strictly adhered to. 4. Proposals not conforming will be considered non-responsive and rejected. 5.
