The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract on a sole source basis for the furnishing of five (5) 3KVA UPS Systems and four (4) 3KVA UPS Battery Packs to The Canadian Commercial Corporation, 11th Floor, 50 O’Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K1A-0S6. These items are being procured on a sole source basis because they must be an exact match to the items currently onboard ship. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency with 15 days of this notice.
