The City of Palo Alto is seeking technical and cost proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to provide design-build services for the 60KV Breaker project. The project includes the replacement of two 69KV outdoor circuit breakers at each of three distribution substations. A total of six breaker replacements. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work, Attachment B.
