The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply and deliver 60,000 gallons of #2 Diesel, dyed for Off-Road Use. Fuel will be transferred mid-stream to a Government-owned, USCG inspected floating fuel barge at UMRM 473 - Buffalo, Iowa, on June 26, 2020.

Offeror shall quote PER GALLON prices for Off-Road #2 Diesel. Price shall include delivery, and any required fees.

No Biodiesel or Biodiesel Blends will be accepted.

Unit pricing (per gallon) may have a maximum of 3 numbers after the decimal point (Example: $x.xxx is acceptable, $x.xxxx is not acceptable)

OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.

Quotes received after the solicitation close time and date may not be considered for award.
