This is a Pre-Solicitation for a SIPRNET Backup Solution in support of the 460th Space Communications Squadron at Buckley Air Force Base (BAFB), Colorado 80011. Required items are commercial in nature; therefore FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The contractor shall provide all travel costs, labor, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, certifications, and other items and services necessary for the shipment, installation, calibration, diagnostic testing, and operational readiness of the SIPR Backup Solution. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 335921. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. Solicitation number FA2543-07-T-0040 will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside on or about 11 September 2007.
