The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command – Armament Center intends to issue a sole source Request for Proposal to VJ Technologies, Inc. 89 Carlough Road Bohemia, NY 11716-2903 (CAGE Code 0JLW5) pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5: Exclusive Licensing Agreements for the purchase of a Six (6) Million Electron Volt (MeV) linear accelerator. VJ Technologies, Inc. is the only company that can provide the requested integration with Vi3 software. The resultant contract shall award a firm fixed price contract. The delivery date for this is eight (8) months from date of award.
