The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Contracts Division, Code 2.5.1.2, St. Inigoes, MD intends to issue a firm fixed price contract with LeCroy Corporation, located at 700 Chestnut Ridge Road, Chestnut Ridge, NY 10977-6499 to provide items in support of the Mark XII Performance Based Logistics (PBL) and Digital Interogator (DI) programs. The items to be procured are as follows: CLIN 0001 Oscilloscope, M/N: WAVEPRO 7200 (Qty 1), CLIN 0002 8 Mpts/4Mpts Memory Configuration, M/N: W-OPTION-M (Qty 1), CLIN 0003 Master Analysis Package, M/N: XMAP (Qty 1), CLIN 0004 WaveMaster Removable HD Kit, M/N: WM-RHD (Qty 1), and CLIN 0005 1.5 Ghz Active Voltage Probe, M/N: HFP1500 (Qty 2). This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source.
