PN 701TN001O1248D, Meter; 1 ea. PN 229600, Logic; 2 ea. PN 229700, Down Converter; 1 ea. PN 228220, Transformer-Rectifier; 1 ea. PN B.204, Transformer; 2 ea. PN DD2.79, CCA Power Supply (VME Antenna); 2 ea. PN DC2.78, CCA Power Supply (VME Multivolt); 2 ea. PN SR.110, CCA Power Supply (VME Rectifier). Delivery is within 32 weeks. The items are spares for the AN/BST-2. The basis for the sole source is that these items are proprietary to HDL Research Lab the OEM for these items. The proposed action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source using SAP and commercial item procedures as set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
