All items have Two One-Year Options, see solicitation for quantities. The end item for this equipment is used on the COMMON application. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source ELGAR ELECTRONIC CORPORATION (CAGE Code: 25965) under authority of FAR 6.302. All proposals received within the 7 days after issuance of solicitation, or 7 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered.
