The Government intends to procure on a sole source basis from M/A-COM Incorporated the upgrade of 30 SMR-5688e receivers to SMR-5688e-02 receivers. This requirement is sole source due to the fact that M/A-COM Incorporated is the manufacturer of the equipment and is the only authorized repair and calibration service provider for these CLUSTER SNOOP system receivers. DELIVERY SHALL BE FOB DESTINATION. Award is t o be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13). Award is anticipated to be made by 09 April 2004 and delivery by 30 June 2004. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100. DESCRIPTION: 30 SMR-5688e receivers will be upgraded to SMR-5688e-02 receivers.
