Award will be made to the offeror who meets or exceeds all of the minimum specifications on a low cost/technically acceptable basis. In an effort to maintain uniform/standardized equipment interoperability with existing systems, the following prerequisites apply to this procurement: (1) All material must be in 'new' or 'un-used' condition never having been sold or leased to an end-user, and (2) All equipment must be delivered to SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston within 4 to 6 weeks ARO.
