This requirement is not suitable for full and open competition for the following reasons: The program of record has created software that will only run and be supported by this particular card. A variation to this card will cause a slip in delivery data and program performance. These cards have also been tested as a functional part of the system, and have shown to be accepted for the system. It is necessary to purchase the items direct from the manufacturer.
