This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources of supply for Support Antennas, NSN 5985-01-485-3062, Part Number 143100G3-0, Low Noise Amplifier Kit, Part Number 552-024-002, Terminal Mounting Kit (TMK) Spares, Part Number TMK0100, and associa ted Engineering and Field Support Services, in support of the LHGXA, LAMDA, PHOENIX and LMST Programs. The Support Antenna, Low Noise Amplifier Kit, and Terminal Mounting Kit Spares are defined by Central Metal Fabricators, Inc., Part Numbers. Detailed t echnical data for the manufacture and acceptance of these items or services is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these items and services must so indicate, by writing to: Commander, CE-LCMC, ATTN: SFAE-C3T-WIN-T-MST, Building 916 , Fort Monmouth, New Jersey 07703-5000. Response via electronic media using Microsoft Office 2000 products (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat (Portable Document Format) is acceptable and preferable. The response must include documentation such as test result, or a statement from the previous source that the supplier can, in fact, supply these items that will be form, fit and physically, and functionally interchangeable and interoperable with the existing LHGXA, LAMDA, PHOENIX and LMST Syste ms from the previous suppliers and have the necessary configuration data to perform the services. Successful suppliers may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Government and be delivered on time.
