Solicitation W911SD-13-T-0075 - Notice of Intent to Sole Source reference FAR 13.103-1(b)(1). The US Military Academy West Point, NY is procuring the following: Struck Innovative System SIS3302

The United States Military Academy (USMA) intends to award on a sole source basis, IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), a contract to Drivesoft, LLC, 1655 Murfreesboro Rd, Suite A, Nashville, TN 37217, as the only responsible source to provide the Struck Innovative System SIS3302 for the academy. The Struck Innovative System SIS3302 is compatible with other systems already being utilized for this research. In addition, software and applications which are being used to execute this work are already being utilized for this research. Drivesoft, LLC is the only authorized US distributor.

The total award amount is estimated to be $33,950.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the size standard is 500 Employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received within three days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
