This contract action is expected to result in a 5 year, firm fixed price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The estimated annual demand for each item will vary each year. The only known source for these items is Microsemi, CAGE: 1B0C5. The contract ceiling will be $4,700,000.00.

It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released on or about July 6, 2015 with proposals due in less than 30 days. The solicitation procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5 will be used.
