CONTACT Nick Petouses, Production Engineer, (732) 532-7122. This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for spares for the Fuel Pump, Metering used on the 60KW 50/60HZ TQG Generator Set. We are buying a quantity for delivery via a five year flexible long term contract with the following range quantities: 75 low, 125 medium and 140 high per year for the entire five years. Request that suppliers provide the govt with their Production Lead time and an economical low, medium and high range for t his item. The NSN is 2910014768971, Mfg P/N RE505358, Cage Codes 8S337, 66836, 6Y451, 3H244 and 1Q8Y7. There are current sources for this item. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of these units is not available from the Army. Supplie rs capable of furnishing or repairing these units must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-G-GN, Building 1200W, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase orde r if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit from the previous suppliers listed above. The response should also include production lead time s, number of years part will be available, price break ranges if applicable, part number & CAGE of proposed parts, or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts. The Government will consider parts from other sources that have the same form, fit, and function as the required parts, Alternate parts would have to pass extensive performance and qualification testing to ensure the parts meet the Militarys requirements, the cost of which would be considered in the acquisition decision. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
