The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is performing a market survey to determine if other potential sources of supply can provide outdoor circuit breakers that have the same requirements as Schweitzer Engineering Laboratory (SEL) protective relays (model SEL-311L) and corresponding trip monitors (model SEL-2652A). The requirements for the relays and monitors are: 1. SEL-311L a. Multi-function protective relay with IEEE standard device functions identified on the Relay Function Table. b.
