Western Area Power Admnistration intends to acquire on a Sole source basis relays, commmunication processors, logic processors, remote I/O Modules and fiber optic transceivers manufactured by Schweitzer Engineering Labs (SEL) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Western belives SEL is the only know source that has the proprietary information to provide these items.
