We intend to award a sole source contract to FLIR Systems Inc., 25 Esquire Road, North Billerica, MA 01862, to purchase one (1) SC6000HS InSb Lab w/Filter Wheel RTools Software and Camera package. The SC6000HS RTools Software and camera package are o nly manufactured, developed, and maintenance by FLIR Systems, who has proprietary rights. The SC6000HS package is compatible, and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.30 2-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
