Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award of a sole source contract to Elma Electronics Inc., of Freemont, CA under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The procurement will be a firm-fixed priced order for manufacture and delivery of a quantity of 50 circuit card assembly (CCA) single board computers (SBCs), part number 095880 in support of VIRGINIA Class Submarine Photonics systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses to this notice must be received by 12:00 p.m. pacific standard time on 05 April 2008.
