The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the Rohde & Schwarz for the requirements listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements Rohde & Schwarz is the sole manufacturer. If you are an authorized reseller of Rohde & Schwarz; you must include a response that states you are an authorized reseller or distributor. The contracting officer will verify you are an authorized reseller or distributor. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name Rohde & Schwarz equipment listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.
