The Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee WA, has a requirement for 5 Current Differential and Overcurrent Relays, Schweitzer Engineering Labs Inc. (SEL), SEL P/N 03870135H2X4XX; 4 Line Protection System Relays, SEL P/N 321124256HGB114; and 4 Breaker Failure Relays, SEL P/N 2BFR02-4556XHGB; which must be fully compatible with our existing SEL relays, SEL relay software, and SEL relay monitoring system. At this time we anticipate a sole source award to Schweitzer Engineering Labs Inc., 2350 NE Hopkins CTE, Pullman WA 99163, because of the proprietary information of the SEL software integration and monitoring system which is currently in operation here in Grand Coulee Dam's switchyards. All offerors must provide enough detail about their equipment for adequate evaluation by the Government.
