The United States Army Contracting AgencySouthern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Tektronix, Inc., 14200 SW Karl Braun Dr., Be averton, OR 97077-0001. This contract will be for the procurement of (14) Tektronix Rack Mount Test Equipment Systems consisting of the following Tektronix items: TSG200, TVGF11A, 1730, 1730 LO, WFM7F05, WFM7F05OO, 00F07. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
