Options are 100% Options for Increased Quantity for 25 NSNs in the family group of items within the Federal Supply Classes: 5905, 5910, 5915, 5925, 5935, 5950, 5998, 5985, 6625. Approved sole source is Power Paragon (04801) and will be solicited as such under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This is an unrestricted procurement for stock replenishment. Unit of issue is EACH in most cases. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon best value using a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
