NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to: The Chariot Group, Inc. 3120 Denali Street, Suite 1, Anchorage, AK 99503. The Chariot Group will provide Polycom Premier Maintenance Service and Re-certification of Polycom Equipment for the Alaska Regional Office, Anchorage, Alaska. (See General Description below). Under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), the value of the contract is expected to be under $45,000. The National Park Service (NPS), Alaska Regional Office requires Polycom Premier Maintenance service, for one year service to include re-certification and re-activation of some Polycom equipment . The National Park Service (NPS) requires the purchase of this particular service from a authorized Polycom vendor. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This supply will be procured under Firm Fixed Price Supply in accordance with FAR 12 procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
