The add-on procedures under DLAD 52.216-9006 (AUG 2005)-Addition/Deletion of Items will be followed. These NSNs fall under the scope of solicitation SPRBL1-14-R-0031. The acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. Thus, the Government intends to contract with the only approved source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Raytheon (CAGE 00724). There will be no separate solicitation issued for this action.
