NASA/GSFC has a requirement for a quantity of ten (10) NAND Flash device and four(4) 64Mb PROM, 8-bit wide data bus with the following specifications.Item One, NAND Flash-32Bb NAND Flash device, 8-bit wide data bus-Meets military temperature range, flight heritage-Small 50-pin flat pack packagingItem Two, PROM-64Mb PROM, 8-bit wide data bus-Compatible with Xilinx Select MAP configuration interface-Radiation Hardened device-Small 44-pin flat pack packagingNASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from 3 D Plus USA because no other company canmeet the size limitations on the current design, as we only need on party to satisfy thememory requirement.
