This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources of supply for a Load Bank, NSN 6150-01-486-6937, used to test the 15 and 30KW Tactical Quiet Generators used with the Patriot system. The characteristics are: P ortability - One person lift (less than 60 lbs); Dimensions - Length 2 ft or less, Width 1 Ft or less, Height 2 ft or less; Power Load Capacity & Design - 208 Volts AC, 3 phase, 400Hz, 0-80 KW resistive load, able to increment the load in steps of 5 KW, wi th the first 5 KW as a variable selection; Environmental - Dust resistant, anti-shock and anti-vibration; Paint - Military OD Green or Black in color using subdued markings and paint; Cables - Includes minimum of 15ft power cable with built-in connector at load bank and soldered pigtail leads for connection to the source; Instrumentation - Voltmeter, Current Meter, Frequency Meter, Power Indicator Lights, In-Phase & Out-of-phase indicators and circuit protection; Cooling Fan Operations - Self contained, mus t operate from source power; Safety - 28VDC TR interlock protection, thermal protection, circuit breaker protection and tip-over interlocks.
