This is a market survey to locate additional supply sources for Control Boxes, NSN 6110-01-466-4723, P/N 96-23505 and NSN 6110-01-466-4725, P/N 96-23504. The Control Boxes are P/O the MEP-805B, MEP-815B, MEP-806B, and MEP-816B Model Tactical Quiet Generator. This acquisition is for a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Flexible Long Term Contract (FLTC) with low, medium, and high quantities ranging up to 36/year. The first year quantity is estimated to be 10. Technical data is available from the Army. Two of each generator set are required for final test and acceptance. The Government is unable to provide any Government Furnished Equipment. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate, by e-mailing the POC or by writing to Commander, USA CERDEC, ATTN: RDER-PRA-GD, Building 1200W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. The response must include production lead time, production capacity by month, surge capacity, number of years part will be available, estimated unit pricing for each year, ranges for price breaks if applicable, or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts. The response should also include documentation such as copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source, or a statement from a listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with these items from the supplier list above. The successful supplier will be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
