NASA/GSFC has a requirement for one (001) each of the following:- 32Gb Nand Flash (512M x 8) 3.3V Industrial Grade -40C to +85C- 2Gb DDR (128k x 16) 2.5 V Space Grade -40C to +85CNASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from 3D Plus USA Inc. because no other vendor offer the density (2Gb) in one package.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. east timeon September 10, 2011. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for thepurpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
