The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Test Article Preparation Division, Patuxent River MD 20670, has a requirement for a Howell Instruments, Tail Rotor Pitch Position Indicator, Rotary Switch, Pushbutton Switch Assembly, Pushbutton Assembly (RESET), Lamp, Knob, Mate Connector. The Government intends to negotiate with Howell Instruments, 3479 West Vickery Boulevard, Fort Worth, TX 76107, on an other than full and open competition basis. Howell Instruments, is the only source that can meet the Government’s requirement.
