We intend to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, one each DPSS Laser, one each Fiber High Power, and one Telescope Servo Motor to IB Laser Consulting Inc., 232 Woods Trail, Sanford, FL 32771-9542. This procurement is for direct rep lacement spares and optics that integrate with the IB laser. These system is proprietary and parts are not produced by other manufacturers. This notice is not a request for proposals and no solicitation will be forthcoming. See Note 22. (Any interested p arties must respond by 4:00 PM MST 08 September 2006.
