For convienence the pre-solicitation notice, initially issued on July 15, 2003 is restated as follows: The government intends to award a Sole Source, Co st Plus Incentive Fee, with Fixed Price and T&M portions contract as a continuation of the Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) effort with Raytheon. This new contract will be for CLS maintenance, depot repair of EPLRS items, supply support, updating logistic al data, the procurement and implementation of retrofit kits (option), and the procurement of limited EPLRS Receiver-Transmitter quantities(option).
