The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to G&H Technology (GHT), 750 West Ventura Boulevard, Camarillo, CA, to support NSWC PC in performance of the AN/SQQ-32(V) Classification Sonar waterborne cable drawing translation (French to English) and drawing update effort . This effort is sole source for the following reasons. G&H Technology (GHT) is the original equipment manufacturer and sole supplier of the AN/SQQ-32 (V) Classification Cable. As such, only GHT has the expertise, technical data, equipment, and experienced personnel to successfully translate the drawings from French to English and successfully capture all technical data as well as all nuances to address all reliability and obsolescence issues. Use of another company to translate the drawings may introduce new, or change existing parameters that may induce unacceptable errors into the AN/SQQ-32(V) classification cable. These errors could res! ult in significant damage and maybe even loss of the AN/SQQ-32(V) Minehunting Sonar Set. Therefore it is imperative that this effort is awarded to GHT. FSC Code: 5995.
