The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PC) intends to issue a sole source contract to G&H Technologies (G&H), 750 West Ventura Boulevard, Camarillo, CA, to provide seventy-two (72) redesigned AN/SQQ-32(V) Hull Penetrator Cables (PN: 1095-2000-001) to support Government field installations of same aboard 14 MCM-1 Class Ships. This procurement also includes eight (8) options to provide an additional ninety-six (96) Hull Penetrator Cables. This procurement is sole source for the following reasons. The redesigned Hull Penetrator Cable drawings are proprietary to G&H Technologies. G&H has passed all required vendor and product qualification tests and is the only approved source for the redesigned cables.
