WR-ALC/LSKT anticipates issuing a contract to ITT Avionics, Clifton, NJ, to upgrade the AN/ALQ-172(V) Electronic Countermeasures System (CMS) group B to Electronic Countermeasures Improvement (ECMI) configuration on B-52H aircraft. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is intended for subcontracting possibilities and is not a request for competitive proposals. This contract will or a basic contract period with four option periods and will include the following: 51 each Group B aircraft installation kits; replenishment spare parts; repaired/modified or new LRUs, Support Equipment.
