Estimated yearly demand: 328 Contract type will be Indefinite Quantity Contract with a guaranteed minimum. Contract will be firm fixed price with economic price adjustment. FOB Destination to any location in the continental US will be requested. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. This solicitation will contain an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration of the contract (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation will be unrestricted. Price breaks will be requested. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
