The standardization has produced savings through economy of scale and efficiency in user/system support by Public Affairs and Education staff. Symon is the manufacturer of the Target vision system and associated Symon Enterprise Software, Design Studio. Symon, Inc. holds the maintenance contract for the system at Charleston VAMC and its CBOCs.
