This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for 5845-01-544-2032, Transponder, Sonar.  The requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis.  The approved source are GE Aviation Systems, LLC., CAGE 35351, under part number 166936-08 and Dukane Seacom and Radiant Power Corp, CAGES 94970;1MXA1, under part number DK140.  Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods.  Estimated annual demand quantity is 420 each per base year and each option years.  Surge requirements do not apply.  Required delivery is 150 days ARO.  FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required.  Export Control does not apply; current Joint Certification Program registration is not required.  Hazardous may apply.
