COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N00244-21-Q-0099 shall be used to reference any written offer provided under this solicitation. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334511 with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. This combined synopsis/solicitation will close at 10:00 AM (PST) San Diego, California Time on 17 March 2021. This procurement is for the procurement of a FURUNO FAR2228NXTBB 96 NM solid-state black box radar and parts plus installation. Place of installation is onboard the USS Abraham Lincoln located at Naval Air Station Coronado in San Diego, CA. Questions on this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email. The Government will attempt to answer all questions in timely manner and will be made available publicly. However, question(s) submitted near the solicitation closing date may not provide sufficient time for the Government to respond. The Government intends to award on initial offers but reserves the right to conduct discussions.
