The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit for the repair of the items listed below in support of the MH60R aircraft for FMS. The government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to perform the required repairs of the item.
