The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole source basis with X-Com Systems, LLC, 12345 Sunrise Valley Drive, # B, Reston, VA 20191-3418 to purchase X-Com Radio Frequency (RF) Capture and Playback Test Suites, Configuration 2B, Part Number RFCPTS 05 01 (2 Each), on a sole source, firm-fixed-price basis from. X-Com is the sole manufacturer of this equipment, which must meet military standards for field testing.
