The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase on a sole source basis VME Tuner systems and associated equipment to be assembled, configured, and tested from DRS Signal Solutions, 700 Quince Orchard Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20878. The basis for the sole source is that DRS Signal Solutions is to provide the Fleet with the same existing equipment to reduce duplication of training, configuration effort, performance and costs. The hardware requirements are as follows: CLIN 0001 - 13 Each of Part number SI-9914A Equipment Frame. CLIN 0002 - 13 Each of Part number 9914/1ENET Single Ethernet option for SI-9914A Frame. CLIN 0003 - 13 Each of Part number 9914/10MHZ High Stability 10 MHZ Reference Option for SI-9914. CLIN 0004 - 37 Each of Part number SI-9136B/CF3, Non-phase Coherent, Analog Output, 30MHZ BW, 20 MHZ Final IF. CLIN 0005 - 37 Each of Part number 906034-002, Manual, and CLIN 0006 - Shipping. A firm fixed priced contract is anticipated. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center Dam Neck Division, Virginia Beach, VA. Inspection and acceptance will be at Destination.
