Justification for Sole Source: VTC equipment is incorporated within the room?s automation system. Changing make/model will require re-write of automation system program code which is not cost effective to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by the closing date specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
