The Drug Enforcement Administraton (DEA) has a requirement for (75) color TV/DVD/VCR combination. Specifications for the TV/DVD/VCR combination shall meet or exceed the following minimum requirements: The format must be NTSC with composite video signaling capability. The program guide must feature automatic frequency tuning with V-chip control. The screen must be flat technology not less than 20 inches diagonally and an image aspect ratio of 4:3. The set must have digital comb filtering and have EPA energy star compliant standards. It must include an infrared remote control. Other features must include secondary audio program (SAP) with audio, bass, treble, balance, and sound control with stereo sound output. The color temperature control must have warm, medium and cool settings. It must be closed caption capable and display menu functions in English and Spanish. The DVD must have Dolby digital/DTS built in decoders with at least 500 lines of horizontal resolution. The audio D/A resolution must be 24bit/96kHz. The VCR must be NTSC media format capable with 4 head video quality and 8 event/1 month programming. The VCR must have LP, SP and SLP recording speed and repeat play. The TV/DVD/VCR must have the following input/output connectors: Video/Stereo audio in (RCA), Composite audio/video input, Headphone jack, Analog audio out (RCA), VHF/UHF in (75Ohms), and S-video input. A written quote must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date this synopsis is published. The successful lower bidder will be requested to submit a sample for testing.
