This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Television-Audio support Activity is tasked with the procurement of the following: 1) 3 each Orban Associates Inc. p/n: 8185A TV Stereo Generator; BTSC; model: "Optimod-TV"; rack mountable (4RU); includes detachable 3-wire "U-Ground" power cord; PWR RQMTS: 115/230VAC, 50/60HZ (switch selectable) and 2) 3 each Orban p/n: 8282 Digital Audio Processor; model: "Optimod-TV"; rack mountable (4RU); includes detachable 3-wire power cord; PWR RQMTS: 90-130 or 180-230VAC, 50/60HZ (switch selectable). The equipment shall be delivered FOB destination to the Television-Audio Support Activity, McClellan, California, 95652 not later than 60 days after receipt of order. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Brand named items have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Governments minimum requirements but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated.
