This is a notice that the Government intends to award a contract to Flir Systems, Inc., 16 Esquire Road, North Billerica, MA 01862 for one (1) each ThermaCAM S65/Researcher Package to include options and one (1) each Merlin InSb Thermographic Camera to include options. Due to proprietary rights of the above equipment, which are compatible with our existing equipment, the supplies required are only available from Flir Systems, Inc., and it the only known source that can meet our requirement. Other th an full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation or RFQ will be forth coming. Interested parties must respond by COB 01 Feb 2005. See Note 22. Point of contact is Hortensia E.
