This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with General Dynamics, OR, for TACLANE (KG-175) E100 Encryptor Release 1.0, Part No. ET-59000-1, 7 each. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order to Genral Dynamics under the authority of FAR 6.302-1?only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to USSOCOM (SOIO-BA), 7701 Tampa Point Blvd., MacDill AFB, FL. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52-232-33, 252,212-7000, and 252.212-7001.
