This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole source order with General Dynamics, for TACLANE (KG-175) E100 Encryptor Release 1.0, Part No. ET-59000-1, 5 ea., MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order to General Dynamics under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to USCENTCOM/CCJ6-PB, PSF, BLDG 947 Marina Bay Drive, MacDill AFB, FL. The following provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06. Applicable FAR and DFARS clauses: 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, 252.212-7000, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, and 252.225-7001.
