This is a synopsis of commercial items issued in accordance with FAR 5.203( c). The solicitation attached to this synopsis constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is being solicited as a 100% set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334220, size standard 750 employees. The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure items listed on the attached referenced solicitation, FOB destination to McClellan, CA 92652. The Brand name and part numbers have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Government’s minimum requirements. The listed items are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Offeror’s proposing to provide other than the requested item shall include specification data sufficient to enable the Government to determine the capability of the offered item to meet the specifications stated above. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation will consist of the lowest price, technically acceptable offer.
